Live Virtual Open Houses on Realtor.ca
Andrew Unsworth proposed the idea, and worked with the software engineers at OREA to host virtual open houses on Realtor.ca. This allows the consumers to attend open houses virtually from the safety, comfort, and convenience of their homes.
Realtors may tour the properties while using their cell phones to record live video and interact with consumers in real time, just as if they were attending an open house in person. This is one small innovation that allows the essential buyers of real estate to continue effectively and safely in the current reality.
