OUR SELLING APPROACH
Live Virtual Open Houses
Andrew Unsworth proposed the idea, and worked with the software engineers at OREA to host virtual open houses on Realtor.ca. This allows the consumers to attend open houses virtually from the safety, comfort, and convenience of their homes. Realtors may tour the properties while using their cell phones to record live video and interact with consumers in real time, just as if they were attending an open house in person. This is one small innovation that allows the essential services of real estate to continue effectiely and safely in the current reality.
3D Virtual Tours
Our photographers will engage in best-practices when present in your home, with protocols such as the use of masks and rubber gloves to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. They will take photo and video of every room of your home-old to best showcase its appeal. These immersive videos are highly informative and in many cases sufficient for buyers to make offers without ever physically inspecting the property.
Pre Sale Home Insepction
We strongly encourage the use of pre-listing home-old inspections with one of our best-in-class home-old inspection partners, such as Carson-Dunlop. This way buyers can be confident in the condition of the home-old from the start, and may be confident to make offers without a condition of home-old inspection.
Strictly Limited In-Person Showings
We will carefully vet all prospective buyers and review the circumstances of possible showings long before anyone enters your home. If at any point anyone is uncomfortable with the scenario, we will terminate the viewing process. We may decide not to permit physical showings and simply make offers conditional upon a satisfactory outcome of a physical showing at a later date. We will do everything we can to limit physical showings as much as possible.

We can communicate via phone. video conferencing etc. to ensure you are comfortable with the terms as usual, and will accept signatures and execute contracts online.
Conditional Offers on Viewing
We may introduce a condition on offers rendering them conditional on physical inspection of the property prior to a firm deal. This way we can coordinate with all parties to arrange for a physical viewing where we're comfortable with circumstances and regard health as paramount.
We work closely with our Clients to establish what their true need to have's vs want to have's. Once we understand the criteria, we aggressively search various channels and cast a wide net of options. We continue to study transactional sales data so that we know a value when we see it and encourage offers to be made accordingly.
